Plant Room – Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

Our Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) is a schedule of maintenance procedures. Aimed to prevent breakdowns and failure of plant room equipment. The goal is to avoid the failure of equipment before it occurs. By replacing worn components before they fail, we preserve and enhance equipment reliability.

Our engineers can record equipment deterioration. They can then schedule the replacement or repair of worn parts. Preventing system failure.

For developments that feature our ModuSat® HIU remote communication system, we can also detect alarms. Using our digital service and maintenance system.

ModuSat® Heat Interface Unit Enhanced Warranty Cover

For housing developers, landlords, housing associations and heat network operators, our enhanced warranty provides additional piece of mind. As well as enhanced service support for your Evinox ModuSat® Heat Interface Units (HIUs). This is above and beyond our standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Our enhanced warranty cover provides the following for each ModuSat® HIU. Covering all critical components, including plate heat exchangers, PICV’s, pumps, heat meters and electronic control boards:

Our engineers are qualified, experienced and approved by the Gas Safe Register. The UK’s official registration body designed to protect the public against unqualified engineers and unsafe gas work.
